Our shoes usually run true to size, so we recommend choosing the size you'd often buy. If your feet are wider than usual, please choose one size up.
If you're still in doubt, you can find the correct Insecta size by measuring your feet.
To do that, stand on a sheet of paper and draw the shape of your foot. With a measuring tape, measure from the tip of your big toe to your heel and then check on the table below which would be the most accurate size for you, according to the measures you found.
