All orders at Insecta are processed in USD.
We provide all the information so you can choose the correct Insecta according to your size and do not need to exchange or return it. Even so, if you need to, we accept the product back, as per the following requirements:
• You can request an exchange or return within 30 calendar days from the date on your receipt, only if the shoe is not worn, with the sole and upper completely untouched. Only non-washed, unworn and odor-free products will be accepted.
• If your product is damaged or defective, the shoe will be exchanged or refunded within 90 calendar days from the date of your receipt.
• For items on sale, please return the goods for exchange or refund within 14 days after the date the shoes were received.
• If you registered the wrong address, couldn't change it in time and the package returns to our address, the shipping fee of the second shipment will be charged.
• The purchases made in the online store can only be exchanged online. We don't accept exchanges at our stores in Brazil.
• The shipping, if paid on the purchase, will not be refunded.
Verify that the order is within the time limit stipulated above.
Keep the original box.
Ensure that the shoe was not worn, and the sole and upper are completely untouched. We cannot accept any exchanges or returns that have been worn, marked or damaged. Shoes must only be tried on indoors, on carpet or a similar soft surface. Any signs of damage or wear on the soles or uppers will make the shoe not suitable for return or exchange.
If our team identifies that the returned product does not meet the criteria for exchange or return mentioned above, Insecta is exempt from accepting the return or making the exchange. Insecta can then ship back the product to the client, without previous consultation, accompanied by the justification of the reason for the refusal.
Prior to the exchange, the item needs to arrive at Insecta, where it will undergo a quality process that can take up to 5 business days to complete. After that, the exchange procedure will continue.
As soon as your return or exchange request is approved, we'll email you with a confirmation and return label, then all you have to do is package your shoes well, attach the label and drop it off at any local post office.
We'll take care of the return costs, you won't have to spend a dime.
Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage for your records.
For international orders, the customer will need to pay the shipping charge for any exchanges or returns sent out.
If you need an exchange or return, the shipping, if paid on the purchase will not be refunded.
