- 1 1/2 cups tapioca flour
- 150 g cooked sweet potato
- 1 tablespoon flaked amaranto or quinoa
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
1 - Pre-heat the oven to 180º / 356° (Fahrenheit).
2 - Mix all the ingredients until they stick together in one mass.
3 - Shape into balls and bake for 20 minutes.
